Brief Description of Work: I am Department Head for Nursing at Brookes where I have led nursing but also midwifery and a range of allied health programme teams over the last 12 years. I have been the Interprofessional Education lead and lead Practice Education for the Faculty for 10 years. I am currently very interested in the role of VBP in the context of Value Based Healthcare, collaborate practice and patient safety. I am also interested in the role of coaching managers in health care and how this can help teams to develop and organisations to thrive within a coaching impact framework.
