King’s College London’s Department of Philosophy is accepting applications to study for a new MA degree in Philosophy of Medicine & Psychiatry. This programme merges our former programmes in Philosophy of Medicine and Philosophy of Mental Disorder. Derek Bolton, who led the latter degree, is continuing to teach the module Concept of Mental Disorder together with a team of junior psychiatrists. A student in this new programme will also have access to three modules in the MSc programme in Mental Health, Ethics, and Law that is run in the Dickson Poon School of Law at KCL.
