In contemporary professional life, urgency has become our default: quick fixes, rapid responses, and an unceasing demand to move ever faster. This seminar invites us into a counter-culture of timefulness. Through shared reflection, we explore how slowing down, attending with intention and hope, and cultivating an expanded sense of time can deepen our practical wisdom. Together, we ask: What has wisdom meant across generations? How does it speak to us in the thick of today’s pressures? And what obligations do we carry as future ancestors; planting seeds for forests we will never walk in?
Time-travel with us as we journey across past, present, and imagined futures, weaving insights that illuminate more humane, sustainable, and wise professional practice.
