Brief Description of Work: I am a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, recently retired from Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust. I have been a trainer, appraiser, supervisor, mentor, and coach with the trust and have an honorary contract with Thames Valley and Wessex NHS Leadership Academy as a mentor for NHS staff. My energy and attention are now directed towards supporting individuals, groups and organisations through developmental and exploratory process using conversation and writing.
