Brief Description of Work: Senior Lecturer in Nursing across Fields of Nursing Practice( Mental Health, Adult, Child and Learning Disability). Experience in values based practice is based on teaching and facilitating discussion  around  nursing ethics, evidence based practice and therapeutic relationship. I have extensive experience working collaboratively with families where an individual experiences psychosis. An aim would-be too further integrate the work and ideas of the Centre into the pre-registration nursing programme .
