Brief Description of Work: Having been involved with several patient-focused projected with Prof Ashok Handa while studying for my medical degree at the University of Oxford, I have developed an understanding of the huge importance of empowering patients when delivering their care. I continue to work on Values-based projects with respect to communication and Palliative Care. I hope to put the principles of VBP to good use in my lifestyle clinic, Hippocrates’ Lounge, as well as empower patients to take ownership of their health through The Outliers Project, an initiative to collect health success stories to inspire patients.
