Brief Description of Work:  I am a GP trainee in the Severn Deanery and the current Severn Deanery Central Leadership Scholar.  I have a long standing interest in the process of empowering patients in making decisions about their own health care with a view to improving the outcomes that matter most to them.  Many of the shared decision making tools which are developed and evaluated as effective are not being used by GPs.  I am keen to explore ways to integrate Primary Care ready shared decision making tools into clinical practice.
