Brief Description of Work: I am an assessor for the NMC, an Executive coach and coaching supervisor. I was Department Head for Nursing at Brookes until September 2019, where I  led nursing but also midwifery and a range of allied health programme teams over the last 12 years. I was the Interprofessional Education lead and lead Practice Education for the Faculty for 10 years. I am currently very interested in the role of VBP in the context of Value Based Healthcare, collaborate practice and patient safety.  I am also interested in the role of coaching managers in health care and how this can help teams to develop and organisations to thrive within a coaching impact framework.
