Brief Description of Work: My recent work focuses on corporate consultation and clinical training. I adopt an organizational culture approach, which integrates VBP and Trauma Informed Practice, to help organizations enhance corporate wellness and sustainability. This approach emphasizes the development of structures, processes, and behaviours that can warrant physical, psychological, social and moral safety. Building on my earlier work on a Values-Based Decision Making Protocol, I developed a counselling and supervision model called Collaborative Balancing. It is a collaborative, process oriented style of communication which pays specific attention to balance and facilitates decision making through a process of dynamic balancing.
