Brief Description of Work: CNWL’s Recovery and Wellbeing College runs an educational programme to help support people in their recovery journey. Facilitating learning for people to find the tools and skills to self manage through the partnership of expert by experience and professional expertise. All aspects of the college are co-produced: including the development, delivery and evaluation of all processes and courses. The team is made up of 50% lived experience and 50% professional expertise, bringing that balance between evidenced based practice and lived experience together in a values based environment.
