My main activities are (i) in capacity building in VBP through professional development opportunities, including recognition within university postgraduate curricula and accreditation and (ii) in the application of the principles and approaches of VBP to medical education (and the development of all healthcare professionals as educators), where VBP provides an enabling framework for clinical teachers in their engagement with research evidence relating to educational practice and professional learning
