I am a consultant orthopaedic trauma and upper limb surgeon. Through my MSc at the University of Oxford I became interested in values-based practice in surgery. I have particular interests in patient safety, quality improvement, human factors and evidence. I am currently involved in setting up The Oxford Surgical Collaborative. Through collaboration, we aim to optimize healthcare quality by promoting the delivery of safe, effective, caring and evidence-based surgery.
