Associate Professor, University of Suffolk

As a diagnostic radiographer and life coach, my primary interest is empowering students and staff with the skills and knowledge needed to ensure the delivery of person-centered care. Creating a values-based approach to practice, enhancing emotional intelligence and becoming a resilient practitioner is essential to underpin the professional behaviour needed for approach. My recently completed PhD at the University of Brighton - entitled Being and Becoming a Diagnostic Radiographer - combined my passion for coaching, motivating and supporting others. My other research interests include paediatric imaging, workplace stress, resilience, preparing students for practice, peer assessment, practice education and reflective practice
