I qualified as a biochemical engineer (PhD, Imperial College London) and have over 30 years’ experience as an environmental engineer and technical consultant dealing with policy development, innovation and R&D projects. My current work is for Innovate UK, assessing grant applications and monitoring commercial R&D projects.

I am passionate about values-based ethics (see YouTube: https://youtu.be/r53lYOQZaMA). Created a decision-aid methodology and supporting values-based environment and health related initiatives locally and globally.

I am interested in teaching values-based ethics (and spirituality), automated decision making in AI systems, and values based organisational management including in Environment Sustainability and Governance (ESG) appraisals.
