I am currently working as a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist in Cambridge city and as a visiting researcher at the Department of Psychiatry. I am also responsible at CPFT for the Trust-wide audit of compliance with the NICE guidelines on the management of self-harm and prevention of suicide and for organizing research in this area. I have published a British J Psychiatry editorial on what patients with mood disorders value during psychiatric assessment and treatment (Dudas RB 2014; 204:178-9). Previously, I was a member of the medical ethics advisory panel and the philosophy of psychiatry interest group in Cambridge
