Mental Health Foundation

I am a youth worker, psychologist, and development manager with a keen interest in identifying new ways of supporting our mental health. My experience of personal and family mental ill-health coupled with a life of marginalization has led me to focus my energy through activities that seek to redress imbalances, address inequalities, and centre around ‘new’ perspectives on mental health concepts and practices.
