I am a registered nurse with a clinical background in cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. I am also a lecturer in Adult Nursing and teach across a various undergraduate and post-graduate programmes; and an NMC teacher and instructor in Advanced Life Support for the RCUK.I have special interests and experience in education using simulation, particularly inter-disciplinary team working, complex decision making and the personal and team values that contribute towards complex care decisions.  Other interests include technology enhanced learning, clinical skills teaching, electrocardiography and acute care. I am keen to explore the potential advantages of incorporating VBP in to curriculum planning and development.
