I currently work as faculty member at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. My PhD thesis (2010-2012) focused on designing value based curriculum model for general medical education in Iran. I am interested in developing action guide for operations and interventions of value based curriculum and tools based on psychometrics principles for measuring value based practice in medical sciences.
