Academic activity is mainly focused on the challenges of VBP in intercultural settings which are currently very common due to globalization and heavy migratory flows, as well as on scrutinizing the validity of the conceptualization of mental diseases (e.g. biomarker-underpinned conceptualization of Alzheimer’s disease, conceptualization of autism spectrum disorder). Clinical activity at the University Hospital of Patras (acute psychiatric ward, outpatient unit) and teaching and research activity at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Patras, as well as at the Medical Faculty of the Technical University of Munich.
