Sue Soan is an academic and education practitioner who works at Canterbury Christ Church University within the field of Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. Sue is a facilitator for the Action for Collaborative Transformation (ACT) group at the University. Prior to this Sue was a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) for over a decade in both mainstream and specialist educational institutions. As such she learnt the importance of both value-based practice and interdisciplinary working.
