 I am interested in and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the balance of evidence-based and values-based practice in the delivery of quality person-centred healthcare.  I co-authored the Royal College of Psychiatrists College Report 204 – ‘Core Values for Psychiatrists’.I was a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Curriculum Revision Working Group that produced the Psychiatry ‘Silver Guide – Guidance for Psychiatric Training in the UK’ 2022.
