Formerly a professional film maker, I am now a Peer Recovery Trainer and helped found CNWL’s Recovery & Wellbeing College. After several years of accessing secondary mental health services, I completed a User Employment Placement in Westminster Community Day Services where I was introduced to the concept of co-production. I played an active part in co-producing CNWL's Health and Wellbeing plans and a key role in initiating the Trust’s Peer Support Worker program. I also work as a Peer consultant for ImROC, The Centre for Mental Health and the NHS Confederation where I facilitate Recovery training across the UK.
