Brief Description of Work: Action for Collaborative Transformation (ACT) is an interdisciplinary group of academics (and practitioners) across the Faculties of Education and Health and Wellbeing at Canterbury Christ Church University.  The group aims to develop a community of learning, teaching and research across all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) both in the UK and internationally, providing on-going opportunities for caring professions’ students to learn and work together.  ACT wants to promote both the value of professional identity and the power of client-focused interdisciplinary professional working practices.  Values-based practice and related areas are of vital importance to core principles of our work.
