Brief Description of Work:  The Cogito Academy of Leaders gathers people acting for the communities of the mentally ill in Poland who have also experienced a mental crisis themselves.

CAL is a meeting place for the most active and most engaged individuals who exchange their experience, support each other, and cooperate with professionals, thus creating favourable conditions for mutual empowerment and new ideas.

In the Cogito Academy of Leaders we strive for steady growth in equipping our members with knowledge and skills, as well as with tools necessary for more effective actions aimed at changing the psychiatric care reality in a specific, positive direction
