Brief Description of WorkDr Dilraj Kalsi (‘Dr Dil’) is a doctor trained at the University of Oxford who believes that how we eat, move, think, sleep and relate determines our health. Having used lifestyle interventions to cure chronic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and type 2 diabetes, he wants to help as many people as possible.

At Hippocrates’ Lounge, he takes a deep dive into patients’ lifestyles to make personalised recommendations for their health goals using cutting-edge lifestyle and functional medicine approaches. He believes values-based practice to be key to underpinning such work by empowering patients to take ownership of their health.
